I fell into the trap...Asgould is a scam! I ordered a product which, after a few days, resulted as being delivered, which is not true. I wrote more than one email to their "help" center (wast of time), but all of their replies were not clear, telling me that the logistics company refuses to compensate, but they would reimburse 50% of my order, which of course has never happened. Stay away from sellers on Instagram!!!!!

100% SCAM! I haven’t received my package after waiting for 45 days. They are telling me that my package is lost by the logestic company and they will refund me only 50% of total amount. But I am also not recieving the refund….
