Purchased 2 pairs of pants in Size XL. When I received the pair it was more like a XS/S. When I contacted then they said that was the correct size! I insisted they were a Small and wanted refund. They offered me $3 to keep them! Then $6! After I insisted I didn’t want them I went through PayPal. They said I had to return them to zchina at my expense! Stay away from this Facebook company!!
Do not order from this dishonest, scam company
First of all, the website is dishonest. It says orders are shipped from a local distributor. On that basis I felt safe placing an order. After paying for the item, I was informed it was being shipped to the US from Spain. Since most orders from outside the US are not getting through customs nowadays, I would not have made this purchase had the website been honest about the shipment coming from outside the US. Second, I got a notice 3 days ago saying my order was delivered to my mailbox. But it wasn't. I have not received my order. The tracking system appears bogus; it doesn't show my address the way the US Postal Service tracking system does. It doesn't show my name. I see no evidence in this tracking system that my order was delivered. When I contacted customer service they claimed that the order has been delivered. They seem uninterested in helping me resolve the matter, only claiming again and again that the order has been delivered. This company is a dishonest scammer that will take your money and then give you the runaround when you don't receive your order.
Never received item
Never received item. Company provided fake tracking information. I’m fighting with PayPal for a refund. BEWARE!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! It’s a scam. There is no customer service. The tracking system is totally fake. All email responses to mine indicate the items I ordered were delivered. Email responses to me gave me two different delivery dates. They even sent fake pictures of two different packages. One pic contained my supposed address and their supposed return address, but both addresses were blurred out. I wrote back that it proved nothing since the pic was not taken on my porch or in front of my house — simply taken on a countertop I’ve never seen before. There is no customer service department, despite their claim. Fortunately, my bank returned my money for which I am very grateful. (For date of experience below, I put the date money was fraudently stolen from me.) I would give 0 stars if I could. Shame on these low-life fraudsters.
Terrible company
Terrible company. The customer service is horrible. I ordered items for my grandkids for Easter. They kept sending information that the package had been delivered. They were not, and we still don't have them. They will not help with contacting the USPS, which they claim delivered it. On top of that, I had a discount,t and they told me how much the PayPal charge would be, and they tacked on a 25% upcharge. When confronted, they said it was a system error but would only refund it once we closed our PayPal claim for the entire purchase due to non-delivery. They convinced PayPal that it delivered, and PayPal closed the case. Then the company would still not refund the overcharge. Do not order from this scam of a company. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
Scam company
Item came over a month later. Glasses were cheap plastic and fell off my face over my glasses. Was suppose to buy one get one but only received 1 pair. Customer service is good for s***! Scam company
Disgusting service
Item arrive broken, company wont refund or replace. No 100% satisfaction or money back. Several emails back and forth. 100% disatisfied. Disgusting servive. Poor quality product Never use again
