This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I ordered 2 tops from this company and it took a month and a half before I received it. I was corresponding with them over this time as I needed them for a vacation and since they were not arriving in the time specified I asked them to cancel my order. I had to buy other clothing for my vacation. They said they could not cancel as it had been shipped but the tracking never showed it moving for weeks at a time. They finally agreed to refund my money and I asked where I could send the tops back. They never replied. Then I never received the refund. I forwarded the e-mail with the refund information and told them that I still had not received the refund and they stopped replying. The email said it would take 5-7 business days. They never refunded my money or contacted with a shipping label to return the tops that I finally record mid June. This has been going on since April when I placed my order and it’s now July. They scammed me out of the promised refund and will not reply to my inquiries. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The merchandise comes from overseas and they refuse to assist you with any issues you have and making false promises.

Great Communication

Great communication between the shopper/deliverer and myself

Buyer BEWARE - Scam

Buyer BEWARE! This is a scam product site. All positive reviews are fake. There is no product(s) ever being shipped. They will scam you of your funds, then fabricate order and tracking to keep you looking for products that are not legit. FRAUDULENT WEBSITE!!

One star is even too much!

Giving one star is even an overstatement. This company took my $ for 2 shirts, delivered to a different address in a different state and refuse to refund my money. So, they essentially stole nearly $60 from me. They have been fighting me for weeks telling me that the tracking number shows my order was delivered. However, the tracking number shows it delivered to someone in Florida....I live in Texas. This company is a scam - buyer beware. I will be reporting them for fraud and theft.

Absolutely wonderful everybody was very helpful. They took their time with me. I didn’t feel rushed. They talked through every step with me and just made me feel really good. If I could give them a 10 star I would.

These glasses are light and help with distance. Not so much for reading or reading the clsed captions on the tv, but for ten dollars compared to the five hundred i gave the eye glass people for tri vocals they are certainly helpful. Haven't had them long enough to speak about their quality or long lasting capabilities. Wayne

Disappointed it didn’t go though his fur the way it shows on TV. He doesn’t like it either. I have long hair Border Collie. Maybe I’m doing it wrong. Not sure but I just know it will be horrible grooming him. I have a better review because you kept me updated on traveling and actually asked for a review. Thanks for caring Linda

Associante company

I responded to an Instagram ad, purchased an HDMI transmitter and receiver from Associante on February 7. As of March 12, I not seen or heard anything about this product. Buyer be aware.
