Can’t keep appointment on time, not recommended
Made an appointment at 2pm, came on time and waited till 2:35 and was told dr is still seeing other patients as they have many appointments at 2pm. Need to rush back for work so asked for reschedule, was told need to wait for 2 weeks. Not recommended if you are a working professional with busy schedule.

We were short-staffed earlier today due to a doctor on medical leave. That said, we are reviewing how we handle scheduling during such situations to keep wait times down. My experience with ATA Medical, Camden.
So far I have had three visits to ATA Medical. All the three visits have left a great feeling with good experience. The last two visits were handled by Dr Leonard Leng, promptly, expertly and with good understanding on a new patient like me. The first one was by Dr Natalie, very appropriately. Technicians did their job without wasting time. Staff at the Reception did the registrations immediately. Altogether all the three visits were handled with the same quality professionalism.

Waiting time is reasonable even appointment made in advance but fasting is required for my test but not informed earlier till the actual day.

Great Experience!
Had a very pleasant visit on 30 July 2026. The counter staff are polite and very professional in attending to me once I stepped into the clinic. The medical staff are also very attentive and assuring. The doctor assigned, Dr Jana, is very patient and cares for her patient. I received my digital medical reports by the same night and a doctor's call on Saturday 1 August 2026 to review my results. I highly recommend the services at this clinic.

The team itself is very accommodating from all the doctors to all health care staffs. I had a toe wound and Doctor Leonard with his team (Jean, Darryl, Eunice) did a remarkable job. Efficient and friendly service
Blood drawn for blood test was quick and nearly painless. Quick registration and minimal waiting time. Staff was also very accommodating to a last minute change request. One of the better experiences at a medical facility. Recommended.
