They cancelled my order

I ordered a charging stand from aukey. After 17 days of waiting for it to ship, it was cancelled without any notice or explanation. I apparently received a refund but I haven’t verified that yet.

Item as described with fast shipping

Item as described with fast shipping. Received two days after placing order . I wish I had known that my payment was going to be processed in Hong Kong though this seems to be the US branch of the company. Such payment processing incurs fees on many credit cards.

Shipment taking longer than expected

It's been 8 days and I still haven't received a shipment confirmation. Other than acknowledgement, I have no idea what the status of my order is.

No update or communication after purchase It has been more than two weeks since I ordered from Aukey and I haven't received any updates. I reached out to their support team a few days ago and still have not heard anything.

Never shipped product

I keep getting requests to review products that were never shipped. So yeah I guess imaginary products get the worst rating. STOP USING TRUSTPILOT. They do not know what they are doing. You are wasting your money.

I got a keyboard with a manufacturer defect and tried to contact Aukey plus and had no response.

Best chargers yet!!

These are very good chargers and they stand up to their word. I purchased these for my children and my self to use. I'd recommend these for anyone to use and I may purchase more in the future if more are needed.

Aukey, avoid at all costs

The Aug. 17 issue of HowtoGeek newsletter had an Aukey KM-G17 with a special offer of $10.00 off. I liked the idea of a mechanical keyboard, so I purchased one. The link took me to Aukey Plus and I paid for the item via Paypal. Several days later the keyboard arrived. I tried to get it to work, some features worked, some didn’t. I contacted Aukey and they said I need to send the receipt, which I did. In response they wrote me to tell me the product wasn’t ordered from them, so there was no liability. I checked to see from where this was shipped and it was Commerce, CA. There was an e-mail address attached to the receipt. I contacted them several times without any responses. Aukey was not responsive, Aukey Plus (if tha's a reasl company not a shell scam) was also not responsive. I also e-mailed HowToGeek and they didn't respond either. Addendum..Oct 17 2021...I contacted Paypal and they started an investigation. They gave the vendor 10 days to respond to my complaint. The vendor did not respond (no surprise here) so Paypal refunded my money.

Ordering the charger was easy

Ordering the charger was easy. I was not particularly happy with the charger taking a full week to reach the USPS. (Note: printing a shipping label is not shipping). I received the charger on August 10; it had been ordered on July 31. Maybe I've been spoiled by the company named after a South American river, but 10 days is a long time. I tested the 100 watt charger with my wife's laptop, that requires 65 watts, and her phone charger. It work charged both devices simultaneously. Despite my my complaint about slow delivery, the charger did arrive in time for a trip my wife is taking, relieving her of having to carry two chargers.

Shipping process has a lot to be desired.

The purchasing process went okay, in that Aukey took my money and said I ordered the product intended. However the shipping process seems a little sketchy. I received an email that the order shipped but didn't receive any tracking information, the email merely states "Track your shipment to see the delivery status" but no tracking information can be found, in the email or on the order confirmation page. On the order confirmation page there is a link to "Track order with Shop" but that doesn't work either, merely saying the order "Shipped." So I guess we'll see if I actually receive the item I ordered. 🤷🏻‍♂️
