Ordered from them and I was tracking my package made sure someone was home to receive it. It said it was delivered when nothing showed up , tried contacting the customer service 3 separate times without any email back. Do not buy from them its a scam!!
I bought a 75 ft. Expandable hose from this company. When it arrived the fitting for the tap had an outside thread not an inside thread as shown on the picture. As all outdoor taps in Australia has an outside thread and require a hose fitting with an inside thread this product is totally useless to me. I have corresponded several times with the supplier sending them pictures of the hose fittings, but they do not seem to understand or they do not want to understand. In my last email to them I asked for a refund of USD22.90. I have heard nothing since then, no reply what so ever. Not surprised. Although I paid with PayPal and tried to claim through them I had no success here either.They simply told me that this type of transaction is not eligible for PayPal dispute resolution. Guess my money is lost. Will never buy from these people again and have told all my family and friends to stay clear of them.
i know they have a bad review but i got my items. all of them very happy with their service. sometimes things happen people take it too personal. people make mistakes its how they recover that counts. i will certainly purchase from them again
I have been scammed! I filed a dispute on PayPal and they said the shipping would take a couple of months so I canceled the dispute but it has been at least 5 months since I haven't got it and I cannot reopen the dispute! Horrible service. Would not recommend.
I ordered a product which they packaged incorrectly and it damaged the cable. They were very unhelpful and I even found some of their emails rude. Ultimately, I am left with a broken cable and left money. I would stay away from this company for sure.
I purchased a 7" tablet, admittedly cheap but arrived in a reasonable time. The product was very well packaged and it looked good when I eventually got through all the layers. I gave it a long charge and then tried it out on day 2 and was unhappy to discover that the battery discharged in about 2 hours. I recharged again just to make sure, but the same thing happened and also the tablet was beginning to get hot. So now I have packed it up again but they will not give me a refund. I guess it was too good to be true!
I've only had one negative experience with the company. That was when I purchased a phone and had to send 3 emails to finally get a response. The whole thing was so tiresome I gave up asking for a replacement. Warranty is good but like I said, a little too troublesome for me. Otherwise their customer service and products were good. I've bought tablets, mp3 players, and flashlights from here. Remember where you are buying from too. The quality varies, so if the jewelry looks cheap and flimsy, it might be. Company is located outside the USA, but they let you know in the FAQ what you can expect of the shipping time. I am guessing the other user did not pay attention to this. EBay items can have you waiting just as long. That is just how overseas shipping works. I definitely recommend them. They have good prices and policies and affordable products.
I have bought from this site before. I hadn't ever heard of it but I got 4 channel single prop helicopter, legit genuine Syma for a low price and I got various cables and accessories. iPhone cables actually do work with iOS7 from this site amazingly. I got a spare. I also got a cable for my samsung galaxy tablet which works fine and looks better than the one Samsung supplied. Also bought laser pointers and things here. Sometimes the shipping takes 4+ weeks but I always get the items. They also have world class customer service. If I have a problem with an order, I haven't had any trouble at all with them fixing it. I can't say so much for competitors such as DX..
I have received my tablet from them yesterday. To my suprise, my package was shipped by Singapore Post! It is my first time that i saw parcels from China shipped by Singapore Post...Anyway, i received it in 14 days. All are in good condition. Only a little flaw--the tablet is a little more weighty than my imagine.

Generally speaking, aurabuy is a nice company which provides cheap products. I just ran to this company and bought a $50 tablet. When it arrived after I waited half an month, it was packaged well. The tablet worked smoothly. I recommend those who can wait so long to buy from this store.If you can't wait, don't buy.
