This idiot stopped replying to my email after trying to get help.
Hi Doug, who are you? I have checke my email with name "Doug", no result, what is your email? what is your order number? you buy from me? Who is that idiot?
I ordered the im608 pro II They sent me a different unit. Its been 1 email per day with them trying to get this returned and they want me to pay over $70 for the return. No phone number to call. Seems like they are stalling out to get the 30day no return policy in affect!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I needed the correct product weeks ago!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!
Dear Mr. Mike Simons, We currently have the IM608S II in stock at our US warehouse. While the IM608 PRO II is available in China, shipping would take significantly longer. We prioritized shipping from our US location to ensure you received your order as quickly as possible. Since these models offer identical functionality, please let us know if the current unit is acceptable. If you would prefer not to keep it, you may return it for a refund according to our policy. Thanks for offering us the serial number firstly. You are a good customer. Please ensure everything is returned in its original condition, including the carrying case. Regarding the IM608S II APB112 and G-BOX3, if you choose to proceed with a return, all components must be sent back together. Please note the following deductions per our return policy: Here is our Return Policy: https://www.autelsale.com/info/return-policy/ Refund Policy: https://www.autelsale.com/info/refund-policy.html - Shipping Fee: $100 (We sent) - Return Fee: $70 (Includes a prepaid, insured shipping label, as you required this before) it is a heavy package. If no need label, we do not charge this fee. - Transaction Fee: $111.95 (3.5% PayPal fee which is charged by paypal and paypal do not refund this fee) Total Refund: $2,917.05 USD Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned items at our US warehouse, we will issue the refund. Please note that the inspection and processing period typically takes 2–4 weeks after the package arrives. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. We have offered you our US return address already. Please check your email. Best Regards AutelSale.com
I only tried to get a manuel for my AL619eu which was with one but no supplied after loads of contact with agent just kept going round in circles with no sucsess, I was also at the point of ordering a TPMS tool but am wondering now if the follow up would be as bad for that unit as well, What is so difficult in supplying a manuel which currently advertised with all testers. Be Aware.
Cheep product. They don't even reply back. Stay away from this Chinese cheap products
Hi Mr. Sharanjit Heir, Because the price for TS501 pro on our website should be 199usd instead of 49.99USD, and you pay at 49.99usd, and you are in Canada, according to our policys: need to pay customs fee on your side and need to pay price difference to CA, and too much price difference, so we have to arrange full refund to you. We tell you the reasons and apologize for that. Now we still want to tell you that we are sorry for wrong price online. And we have replied to all your email, messages after we are back from weekend, and you know about it. Why say no reply. Of course that price is not possible for Autel TS501 pro. Please stop writing bad review like it. And for your vehicles, 2016 chevy cruze ltz with 1.4L engine 2018 Mazda 3 with 2.0L engine 2018 volt premier with1.5L engine, we also check on the list but not recommend this basic scanner, you even do not expect my reply and just say "Your website says, it works almost on all cars.", of course we do not write like that. If yes, why I contact to confirm models before shipping. When we explain and refund you, you just said bad words to us and write here.
Very bad quality product. The drone broke the first time I used it. They don't have any warranty. Never reply emails. I have to recover amount by my bank.
Hi, we do not sell drone now, you do not buy from our website, please contact your seller instead of us.
Very fast and accurate in response, I am very satisfied, my Problem was solve in a very short time..... thanks Autel IS Always the best.

Scam. Just read all the good reviews are in broken English, the bad reviews are perfect. Scam site, just look at the prices. Contact autel directly they will tell you these are fake scanners.
Hi, what is your name? What is your order number? You do not even show a real name on the website.
