AZdentall does not stand behind their products and they seem to be unconcerned how much aggravation they cause.
I placed a $1,160 order directly with AZdentall assuming that if something went wrong I would not have a 3rd party stuck in the middle - two electric handpiece motors and 9 handpieces were received April 22, 2026. All except one worked fine the first time we used them. The one exception worked but would not release the bur after use. This renders the handpiece worthless. I contacted AZdentall customer service. They asked for a video to prove and demonstrate the problem. I provided that. After reviewing they decided to send me parts and tools and a video of a complicated procedure to repair the unit instead of simply replacing it with one that operated properly. The parts and tools arrived late last week. That would be August 27th. With all now in hand I watched the video. One of the tools provided doesn't match the video and there is no way to proceed with the repair. Our first use when the problem showed up was end of May. So something like 3 months has past and the issue is not resolved. Had they simply shipped a new unit I would have had it in a week and been writing a positive review instead of negative.
