When you first reached out, we offered you a return for a refund or an exchange, which is documented in our email correspondence. You later placed a new order for the same shoes in a half size smaller. The claim that we “charged twice” is incorrect — you placed two additional orders yourself, which is why two charges appeared. The chargeback you filed through your credit card company limited our ability to process refunds or ship new pairs until the dispute was resolved, which is standard practice for all merchants. We always work in good faith to resolve customer concerns, but in this case, the situation stems from the chargeback process and international shipping policies outside of our control.
