Unbeknownst to Debra, she inadvertently entered her email address incorrectly when she made her purchase. Certainly, this is an honest mistake on her part, but it made it literally impossible for my team to deliver the product she purchased from us! We received a 1st email from her today (6/16/25) indicating that there was a problem and we replied within a few hours and took care of the issue, even giving her some additional products for free as a way to express our regrets and empathy for her frustration.
Harry - thank you so much for your kind words. I'm humbled and grateful. By the way, I think you might be referring to my band, Mark Feldman's LEVEL5 ? If so, I have to fess up that I did not write those songs. It was Oz Noy, who played guitar on the EP, who wrote all of the songs. So, there's that.
Hi Joji- thank you so much. My favorite part is that our course helped you learn to read music when you thought you wouldn't be able to do that. Thanks for allowing us to help you. 🙏🤓
