HORRIBLE QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE
HORRIBLE QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered my son a sweatshirt for Christmas on 12/11. The sweatshirt didn’t arrive until JANUARY 13th! Over a month later; we open the package to find a sweatshirt with the “product of God” COMPLETELY UPSIDE DOWN! I immediately emailed the customer service team. No response for days, but then I was told they had sent a replacement sweatshirt that was correct. TWO WEEKS LATER-still no sweatshirt or further responses from their end. HORRIBLE! Not to mention, it was cheap static polyester material. AVOID AT ALL COST. Save yourself the headache & money by ordering on a cheap china website. It’s the same garbage & at least they send the right products!
