Absolute Scammers!! Ordered in April Nothing arrived even thou they said it had been delivered. Sent another parcel out which ended up being delivered to somewhere else now been waiting since the 6th July for a third attempt at delivery but I don't hold out much hope. I've been emailing Tom Hurry ( From Barfleurs) for three months he answers every time but there has still been no delivery. Very disappointed that terrible companies like this exist and are allowed to trade!

I tried to order a four wheel electric cargo trailer the company saved my payment details and tried to charge my bank twenty fives times for the item i ordered my bank spotted it and stopped it right away i did not know i then got an email from barfluers.com saying My order has been cancelled i called my bank to find out why then was told by the fraud department what had happened ….. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM SITE set up in Singapore not France like they claimed they was from

Scam website , address comes up as a florist in France , once they have your details they will try and take money out of your account as and when they want , luckily my bank stopped the second transaction, and now investigating as fraud. Will receive a fake tracking number on a fake website Do not buy from this site and avoid them on TikTok

Bought off TikTok and my own fault was redirected off TikTok to Barfleurs purchased laptop screens and vip next day delivery. 3 days and still not dispatched. Tried contacting them through their website contact page and it is permanently a 404 error. They also tried to take another amount out of my account, so resulted in cancelling bank card. I reported them to TikTok, but they wasn't interested SO PLEASE BE WARNED IF YOU SEE THEM ADVERTISING ON TIKTOK...DO NOT BUY. IT'S A SCAM

Do not purchase from Barfleurs. It popped up in my Tik Tok feed. They are using Track718 or Track 17 to legitimise what they are doing. Parcels never come. No way to contact them. I have reported to TIK Tok.

Barfleurs are definitely scamming people. I ordered a mystery box from ff them as I did really well with another one I did(from a different site) so when this optimist cropped up on my TikTok. I thought I’ll get a bigger one. Like other reviews I’ve seen on here. I’ve had the item delivered notification. And no parcel.

Attempted to make contact with the company, impossible. Phone number and links all bad. This company is cursed. Thieves.
ABSOLUTE SCAM!
ABSOLUTE SCAM! After following a link from TikTok, and going through the purchase process, I was given a link to a tracking website. After avidly following the progress, I became suspicious. After nearly four weeks of monitoring, eventually, the item was marked as delivered, but nothing arrived. There was no way to contact the courier service, and the website where I made the purchase haven't bothered responding to me. After some research, it seems this is a common occurrence.
COMPLETE SCAM – DO NOT BUY FROM BARFLEURS
I saw an electric bike advertised on TikTok, used my credit card to buy it through their site (barfleurs.com), and immediately regretted it. The order confirmation came through, but right after the purchase, the delivery address was mysteriously changed to an address that was NOT mine. I never authorized that. When I tried to go to their actual website to contact them or fix it, half the pages — especially the contact page — throw 404 Page Not Found errors. The site feels half-built and shady as hell. No working customer service, no real way to reach anyone. This is a textbook drop-shipping scam operation. They take your money fast but have zero intention of delivering anything real. I’m already disputing the charge with my credit card company and reporting them. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS. If you’re thinking about buying anything from Barfleurs via TikTok ads, just don’t. Save your money and your time. Total rip-off.

The order was never send/received. They send you a link with the fake item tracker and when you try to contact them you can't, either by phone or email.
