Website states 10 days to get order ready for shipment. It's been 1 month and still not ready for shipment. Company makes all sorts of excuses. I also paid $15.99 extra to expedite. That has got me nothing. I ordered dresses 6 weeks before the even expecting it to take awhile. The event has passed, I no longer need dress. Company refuses refunds, keeps saying they already process order, just waiting on a plane to ship it. Total scam. I highly recommend NOT using this site.
I orded 2 dresses from basednyc on April 8, 2022. I have not received the dresses as of June 2, 2022. I contacted their help desk and have not received a response. This company is a fraud.
I was in doubt because the dresses are so beautiful and the prices are so low I felt like there was something fishy. I took a picture of one of the dresses that I liked and uploaded it to a Google image search. The original website that sells this dress appeared to me, and the dress price was £700, which is a suitable price for one of the international designer dresses. This website is scam and they have other websites under different names like toobacco.com
Awful. Dress took ages to come and looked nothing like the picture. It was advertised as a lace dress with the top half having the lace.
No lace in sight, material is like a bin bag I couldn’t shout STAY AWAY loud enough
Do not order from this site. I ordered 4 dresses from them over 2 months ago for a wedding, did not receive anything to date. After emailing them several times they responded with the same generic email each time but taking several days to respond. They never answered my questions or gave me a delivery date and only stated that it was too late to cancel my order. This is a scam business advertising on instagram--be careful because its the same people who keep changing their name several times and advertising online. Their prices are very low but after they get your money, you'll never hear from them.
After 2 months delay and extremely poor and unacceptable and unprofessional customer service, the dress arrived in a very poor state. It is farthest from the picture or description. The dress is printed and looks like trash. Its quality makes it look like garbage. It is a scam and fraud. They must be suspended and reported.
Ordered a dress on 2nd April this is now 25th still not been shipped 2 emails sent with reply they are trying their best 2 get it sent - not good enough I think il be looking into getting a refund and looking for another dress elsewhere

Ordered a lovely mother of the bride dress 5 weeks ago paid for express delivery as it said it would be sent in 1 week still has not arrived the wedding in on Saturday so extremely disappointed. After 5 emails to them they finally came back to me last week to say that it has not been shipped due to the pandemic!! Next challenge getting a refund and having to finding another dressing the next few days!!!!
