Ok, looks like I can forget about receiving my order. Order was placed almost 6 months ago. No responses received to my emails querying when I can expect to receive the item that I paid for. Time I learnt a lesson & stop buying anything originating from China.
This site is fake!! I rate u 0. I ordered 4 dresses from you and never received it since July. I would advice everyone not to be fooled. I also paid extra for quick delivery. I'm still waiting.
Ordered dress in April for wedding .Never received my order.Contacted them by email four times ,every time they will write back it is ready ,will be shipped in two weeks . There should not be one star for review it should be 0 .

I ordered two dresses in April, 2022. I receive one of them after more than 2 months, that doesn't look at all like the one that I ordered (I am sorry I can't post the pictures of what I order and what I got which can't even be call a dress). After that, I tried, right away- in June, to cancel the second one that I didn't got it, but they are saying that is not possible, even with the status of the dress still being "awaiting shipment". And, of course, if you don't like it, you can pay the shipping to sent it back, so they can send it to another unfortunate client.
If I could give zero, I would. I ordered two dresses for a wedding in May. It is now August 13th--I have not seen the dresses nor received a refund. Customer services replies to some of my emails--they said they will charge me if I cancel the order. I was looking into this company. Pictures are beautiful but I had already had a nightmare ordering from a company in China. Now I see these reviews and feel bad for these people and it is exactly what I went through. There has to be a way to tell if the online company is in China because it will be trash.
Do not ever order form this company. placed my order in April. It is July never got my dresses. I have written so many emails, they keep sending a reply " you get your shipment in 2 weeks. Such dishonest people they never shipped it all. When asked for a refund they said will not refund as the shipment is already sent out.
Total scam i ordered two wedding guest dress for over 150 Euro and what i saw on website was not even the same dresses i ordered poor quality fake dresses without even a label for the size
DO NOT order from this company it is a scam they have taken over £170 orders from four dresses that I have not received I ordered these dresses in February and have constantly emailed them for information when I will receive my clothes. Should have known better when they used shipping due to the pandemic and I will receive in two weeks time. NO NEVER RECEIVED THEM
This has been the absolute WORSE experience ordering from this company. I ordered (2) dresses a little over 2 months ago - those items were never received. Their responses are a bunch of BS - I emailed them 2 weeks after I placed my order and this was their response: "We received your order. The item will be processed within 3-10days from the day you made your order, and after that, it may take 7-15 business days to be delivered normally. Your order is under normal process, please be patient. " My order was placed on May 3rd - I emailed them on May 17th to find out the status of my order - so exactly 14 days after I placed my order - " . . . item will be processed 3-10 days from the day you made the order . . ." - their response is non-responsive as they already have provided a BS ANSWER as the window to process the order (according to them) has already passed! The rest of their response " . . . 7 -15 business days to be delivered . . . " - total BS! And then to say to a customer "be patient" - YOU NEVER TELL A CUSTOMER TO BE PATIENT!!!!! There is a long trail of emails - and they say the same robotic moronic responses " . . . you will be charged a 15% processing fee . . ." - How can you charge the customer a 15% processing fee when you never received the product? Don't worry - contacting my credit card company today! This is the worse company I have ever dealt with - horrible customer service - no telephone number to call them and insisting charging the customer a 15% processing fee to cancel the order and such order was never received. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Ordered a dress, took too long to be sent, wrote to them with an intention to cancel the order, convinced me that they would send it in a few days. Item sent but completely rubbish, different from what I had ordered and of low quality. Only option was to send it back at my cost. They are a complete fraud!!! Shouldn't be trading at all.
Basednyc - Ordered dress 3 months ago from Basednyc. Haven’t received my order. Emailed them twice. Same answer again and again. Status shows the same as below - “It should be ready to ship in two weeks or less” Looks like fraud. People need to watch this site.
Sent for a dress that looked lovely on their website. Dress arrived, nothing like what I ordered. Dress ordered was blue and sent what looks like a pink nightdress
J'ai commandé 3 robes le 4 avril. Toujours rien reçu. Le mariage de mon fils est le 2 juillet. Je me suis fait avoir comme une gamine. Pire expérience en ligne de ma vie. Plus jamais. I ordered 3 dresses last April 4th. Still did not receive anything. My son's wedding is on July 2nd. I got ripped off like a child. Worst experience of online shopping ever. NEVER AGAIN.
Total scam. Took two months to receive anything. I received ONE of the two dresses ordered and it was completely some sort of spandex nightmare that looked nothing like what was ordered. I wish I could attach the pictures because, believe me, it’s a joke.
An order was placed since May 31 and was processed a few days later. Then, it went ALL around the Chinese peninsula...like wth does the dress need to go through so many Chinese cartels? Latest update was that it's in the U.S. but that was a few days ago. They were very unhelpful, too, via email. Just provided the update of our item like that answered any of our questions asked in our email. I've been reading others' reviews. If it comes out as bad as others believe, I will file and sue.
If I could give them a lower star, I would! Ordered my dress in March 2022, finally received it today and the dress looks like it's made of curtain fabric not silk like the website stated. What a joke, horrible purchase. LOL
I ordered dresses from basednyc.com on April 22. Then 48hours later, I realised they are scams, requested for the order to be cancelled. surprisingly, I was ignored. I later sent an other email requesting for a refund (27th April 2022), but they were not responding. So I contacted paypal and opened a case with them last week, with all the proves I had. i got my money (263 USD) back yesterday.
