Hi Terez, We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify your concern. After reviewing your account, we confirmed that you did not sign up for a 7-day trial but for an annual plan directly. Our refund policy allows refunds within 3 days only if there has been no account usage. In your case, usage was recorded during that period. As a consideration, our team offered to downgrade your subscription to a monthly plan and refund the difference, but this option was declined. Despite being outside of policy, we proceeded with a full refund, which was processed and confirmed on October 15, 2025. We strive to handle all concerns fairly and transparently, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have further questions, our support team remains available to assist you.
