Glenn found the account I was inquiring about without any information except a name, which didn't identify the account. Extremely prompt at replying to my inquiry and found said account and resolved the issue quickly. Superb customer service, and deserves to be employee of the month!!

They have incorrectly put my mail address on their list they are selling. That is probably an honest mistake, but trying to be removed and get a list of companies they have sold the address to is completely impossible. Support just refers to some web form that "denies your privacy request". So anyone buying from them should be aware that their list contains entries that (explicitly) doesn't want to be contacted.

We use BatchLeads all the time for our data skip tracing. We've been with the company for the past two years, and to be completely honest, even when we compared them to much, much more expensive providers, their data worked better. We use it mostly for cold calling and texting. Recently, I needed something urgent regarding the account. Our customer service rep, Glenn, helped me promptly and resolved my issue in a way that exceeded my expectations.

Andrie with whom I chatted online with was great and helpful. However, your phone rep was just awful. She did not understand anything about your product, and the only thing she advised was to look at resource videos online. I was interested in possibly adding to your service which I already use, however now I am considering dropping it completely because of the lack of knowledge and help offered by the agent I was said to speak with. Even though Andrei was very good the lack of help on the phone has now made me concerned as to whether I have chosen the right product.
