I ordered 3 items then read reviews (the wrong way round I know!), so was dubious I'd even get my items.
But, I have to say, they've arrived and I am happy with them. Sure, they aren't top quality and probably only last a couple of Summers but at these prices I wouldn't expect them to be much else.
From ordering to delivery, taking into account the COVID situation and customs in my country, it took just over 5 weeks which I am ok with. And I was able to track items.
From reading other reviews, I think I've just been lucky and sorry that others have had issues.

I ordered two things. I like one. I want to return the other one, but there doesn't appear to be a way to do that. They say to email them, but I haven't found the email address. They say to include the order number. There was nothing inside the package.

After all the bad reviews I read I ended up being surprised in a positive way:
-I thought that I would never get my bikini but it actually arrived 3 weeks after I ordered it, which is not that bad (I live in Brussels and it came from China as you know).
- The size fits: I ordered M even though my actual size is S, because while checking the sizes guide of the website, I figured out that S would be too small for me, and it was correct!
-the bikini was similar to the photo
I didn't give a maximum mark though, because even if it fits, the bikini is not wow. You can see that it's not the best quality, there is a little defect on the top in the sewing process, but fortunately it's not too visible. It isn't worth the 30 ish euros I paid, I think I could have found better quality bikinis for the same price. But well, it's ok!
In one word: not that bad :-)

I ordered 6 swimsuits, all are as described, true to size and I am happy with my purchase. The reason I only gave four stars is because I didn't receive all of the ordered swimsuits initially and I had to follow up to have the balance of my order sent to me. The delivery was very quick. Less than two weeks to receive both deliveries.

I received my swimsuit on time it fits me great and looks gorgeous didn't like the bottoms but I have my own, I love wearing it sexy as, will definitely but more .

Quality was good on the swim suit and dress very happy would definitely purchase again can’t beat on price anywhere else.
Customer service was very prompt to all my needs.
Delivery: OK - received them in 14 days
Quality: Poor - bought a T-shirt and a swimming set. The T-shirt look really Really REALLY cheap, nothing like the photo. The swimming set is not good either, bottom is M but top looks like L? Have no idea how they do their sizing. I don't be bother for a refund as the moment I saw the shipping is from China, I was like DOOMED that is it.
Overall: Poor, will not buy again, not recommend to anyone unless you want to waste your money

Swimming suits were of great quality for their prices
Swimming suits were of great quality. I didn't know what to expect since the prices were so good. Sometimes the quality is poor if the prices are too good to be true, but this was not that case. I would have given it 5 stars but the return process was a little cumbersome. It was smooth and I was able to get everything returned for the refund that I was hoping for, but not as easy as it is from other boutique-style clothing sites. I would highly recommend giving these suits a try! They fit true to size with the size chart.

Ordered a tankini. Pretty happy with it. It fits so I have nothing to report on their return policy except to say that most of these sites like Beachsissi are out of China and it's too much money for them to have you ship it back. On another similar site they told me straight up that it would be better for me to try selling my purchase online to get my money back so I did. Sold it on a local buy-and-sell then reordered the product again in a different size. As for my tankini - only complaint is that the bottoms are lined only on the front side not the back. Received it fairly quickly on the cheapest shipping method.
I was very worried after I placed my order with beachsissi as I had read bad reviews about the website. The order did take quite some time to arrive, and was lost once, but I must say the customer service was very prompt in responding and advised another order had been sent out. I was still concerned if I would ever even receive the order.
I just got the order of three tankinis yesterday and they are honestly the BEST quality ever. They look exactly like the picture and they fit true to size. I am very pleased overall. Again, make sure you order in advance of when you need it, but the quality of the items far surpassed my expectations.
Ordered a suit last year. Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Very cute. As pictured. Not the highest quality but it was worth the price. Recently ordered another suit and am awaiting arrival.
