Second, when tragedy struck and my bowl disappeared in shipping the customer service was outstanding and we managed to track down this amazing bowl. ！！

Thank you so much for leaving your feedback, Susan. FedEx in this case was not only the mediator that helped you unite with your singing bowl, but also a reminder that the universe takes care of you. 😊

I appreciate Guy taking the time to teach about the various bowls and their amazing sound and also how to properly hold the mallot. There are so many beautiful bowls to choose from and I find that his instruction was quite helpful.

Dear Leonardo, Thank you for your honest review. It’s unfortunate that some people overlook the instructions on the free course page, where I explicitly mention that after enrolling, you should simply click the menu button, navigate to the "Free Course Students Portal," and begin your journey from there. Additionally, the confirmation email you received included a direct link to your student dashboard—simply clicking that link allows you to start the course. I find it disheartening to spend time addressing something that feels redundant, but I sincerely hope this response helps you access the course and reconsider your feedback. Thank you.
