Limited transparency during the onboarding process
I recently registered with BetBandit as an affiliate publisher and contacted their account manager regarding the available offers and payment terms. I provided the requested information about my affiliate activity, payment details, previous networks I work with, and traffic statistics. I was also prepared to complete their KYC process if required. However, before starting traffic, I asked some basic due-diligence questions regarding the company, including its legal entity, registration details, management, and the available support structure in case of tracking or payment issues. I was not provided with clear answers to these questions. Instead, I was encouraged to move forward and start working without these points being clarified. For me, transparency is extremely important when working with an affiliate network, especially in the iGaming industry. I believe a professional network should be able to clearly provide its legal company information, responsible management, and a transparent support and payment structure to its publishers. My review is based on my personal onboarding experience and the information available to me at the time. I am not making any allegation of fraud; I am simply highlighting the lack of transparency I experienced before starting cooperation I hope BetBandit can improve this aspect and provide publishers with clearer corporate and compliance information
