Hi Rex, I’ve replied to you every time you’ve emailed me (including the one this morning). I can’t help it that you use a horrible email service (Yahoo) which very frequently flags legitimate email as spam. I bet you’ll find all of my messages in your spam folder. Further, I offer multiple chat and text methods of contact on my contact page that you’re welcome to try before assuming I'm not response to customer support issues. Your review is not fair and I implore you to correct it, but I'm glad you like the gear, so thanks for that.
