Your products are great. Filling out your irder site is confusing. We had to wait 24 hours to see if our order went through.

You should have received an order confirmation email in just a matter of minutes after you ordered, and also a tracking email when it was packed (the next day), and yet another when it was delivered. I have had problems with email being delivered to Hotmail accounts as they are notorious for improperly flagging messages as spam, so I suspect that's why you didn't get a notice right away. You can always email or message me though, day or night, and I will usually respond well within 24 hours, if not sooner, if there's ever a question. Cheers and Enjoy!
