Every time that I have used BSR I have experienced very good pricing, quick response to my inquiries and lightening fast shipping. The products, mostly Wouxun brand radios, have been excellent and worked right out of the package. The ease of setting the products up for my specific use is absolutely on point. Paid for codeplug. Expected download or in the mail. Never happened. Sent follow up email to BSR and haven’t heard back. CCard was charged. Think I fell through the cracks. UPDATE: I am happy to say that I was contacted by BSF and apparently I had NOT fallen through the cracks. He had apparently contacted me but for reasons unknown, I had not gotten, opened or read any of his attempts. I do apologize for any misconceptions I may have caused and look forward to my continued dealings with BetterSafeRadio.

I connected the order to your account and replied to your email about this within 4 hours on Nov 24th with your account username and the login link (just to be sure), but never heard back from you. Great experience doing business with Better Safe Radios. Had a few questions about some other products Mark sells, he answered my email the same day. The Better Safe radio programming Mark does is a huge plus. Highly recommend.

Just passed my technician exam and after hours of looking at different hand held radios my choice was the Wouxun KG-UV9PX. That lead me to Better Safe Radio for my purchase. Had absolutely no issues and would recommend Better Safe Radio to anyone who is looking to get into Ham radio. Pre programmed is a nice touch for the price and greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work and long live Ham radio.
