我昨晚通过 BeyondMenu 在 Hong Kong Chef 网上订购了商品，并于今天（太平洋标准时间）4 月 5 日上午 11:30 取货。 我收到了订单和付款的确认信息。 于是，今天11点10分，我给香港大厨打电话跟进；并被告知没有这样的命令。 我打电话给BeyondMenu，事实上，他们还没有发送订单。我儿子不得不重新订购这些物品并付款。 看来这种经历并不是我独有的。许多评论都是关于错过订单的。 对于一家小企业来说，这是一个非常糟糕的开始。
