I was a bit skeptical at first, but after completing my KYC, I reached out to support and they were incredibly helpful. They guided me step-by-step, and I was able to successfully withdraw, supper grateful for the team's assistance!
Back in 2020 I lost access to my funds with Bitsane exchange. On June 20th, I discovered they now had a working support team. After merging my account and followed their steps, I've finally been able to get my funds returned. It feels good to have this chapter closed.
@ Benson Louis can you give me your NZ number to call you as you said it’s not scam site and you withdrew your money successfully. I tried three times (one yesterday) to withdraw my money and non of them were successful and website I need to pay tax of USD1281 (uncleared tax) to withdraw my money. Do I need to pay tax to Scam site? You ask yourself.
