Bizee

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for highlighting Lua’s support. We’re delighted to hear she was able to resolve the issue with your reserved name. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the ability to upload documentation for reserved names. While an automated option may seem like the obvious solution, your experience also demonstrates why we place such a strong emphasis on having knowledgeable people behind our technology. Cases like yours fall outside the standard process and require careful review to ensure an existing reservation can be properly matched with a new formation. Rather than leaving you to navigate that complexity on your own, our specialists are here to step in, evaluate the situation, and find the best path forward. We’re proud that Lua was able to do exactly that. We’d love the opportunity to make your next experience a 5-star one from start to finish. When you have a moment, please reply to our request for information so we can locate your account and continue supporting your business.
