Had a somewhat daunting task of Registering an existing LLC in another state as a Foreign Entity. Bizee Rep. Gus was extremely helpful and professional. He explained everything to me with a confidence that was reassuring. The next day, there was an issue with a missing File Number on the LLC in it's originating state. Rep. Joe was equally as informed and confidently directed me to the site to find out the missing information without causing any additional stress. I highly recommend these experts!
Great Customer service.
Great Customer service. I used them to initially create my entity, and it was a super smooth experience. Recently, I contacted them to provide me with full access so I can file my own Statement of Information on CA website. Roger, the customer service rep, was very helpful and was quick to send me an email requesting some pieces of information to get it going. He was very friendly and courteous.

Ven was amazing
Ven was amazing. He was helpful and very patient with me although there were some complications that I had made and unfortunately had to pay the same amount I paid for my LLC to get it fixed. He made the experience not as bad and helped me with every single question I had we had a very long conversation thank you Ven !

Setting up the LLC went great
Setting up the LLC went great. The free tax advice call was a joke. They couldn't get the time to call correct, didn't communicate with the office(each other), then when the call finally happened....the person who called literally knew nothing about my field and couldn't answer a single Q I had. Shocking. However....they do not claim to be tax professionals and perhaps need to stop that service.

Bizee helped me get my LLC
Bizee helped me get my LLC. I would appreciate hearing from them again. Now that I have my LLC, I need to know more about reporting and staying up to date. I want to open a small business at age 73. That is quite an ambitious thing to do! Why not? What is going to happen? I'm going to die, then it transfers to someone else? So what! I need to know more about running a small business. Do you have any additional guidance to help me get started the right way?
