Thank you for the support, Adam!

Thanks for supporting our small business, Annette. We're sorry that the shipping time was longer than expected. USPS can sometimes be slower to deliver, especially during the holidays.

Thanks for the support Drew! We love working with you and the Grpl Haus crew!!!
BJJ Wholesale
Hi Edgar, we're sorry you weren't happy with the rashguards. We found that most people prefer not to have the grip strip at the bottom of the rashguards. But everyone is different and if that's something that you need to have, let us know and we can make a custom one for you.

Hi there, we are sorry that you had a bad experience. I can assure you that our customer service team is always very responsive. Can you send us an email at [email protected] so that we can address any concerns you have.
BJJ Wholesale
Hey Jim, We're sorry that you weren't satisfied with the rashguard. That design is one of our best sellers so we're surprised to hear you weren't happy with it. Could you send us an email to [email protected] so we can see what you're referring to? We'd be more than happy to provide a replacement or a refund if you're not happy with it. We stand by our gear!
BJJ Wholesale
Thanks for the support. Most of our rashies are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction. That being said, we still try to average 10-14 days from order to delivery.
BJJ Wholesale
Hi Susan, we're very sorry that your package was lost. We sent you a new rashguard as soon as it was brought to our attention. UPS is normally very reliable. Unfortunately once we ship, it is out of our control and sometimes packages get lost.
BJJ Wholesale
