I think it's truly sad that there response admits that it doesn't work in the US or the UK. Like that's normal and not just a Lil idiotic to leave out 2 countries that are top trading countries. But yet it's not a scam!
I also find it odd that they did mention anything about me not being able to control any of my tokens once they will be supposedly "dropped" (highly doubtful) been if they were, I can't access them. If I can't access them because I live in the USA. Is it fair for this company to keep my tokens when they are not delivering in what they promised. They should refund me because that would be the right thing to do. But they won't cause it's a scam...
Lastly highly suss that they will respond here but not to any of the emails. Because here they have to try and save face, and all of the other fake reviews that they have set up. Because no one in the US is happy with this app because no one can access it. Not even if you try to jump through there hoops.
Oh and if you go to there 24hr support which is just messenger app. If you ask any questions that are pertinent to anything, you get blocked. If you question anything, you get blocked. Locked out and not allowed to post. It's not a controlled psyop scam nooooo... Oh wait if you get silenced 900% of the time your in a preset plan of the scam but you can make up your own mind.

I've tried to contact them with my investment they stopped responding but they still do here. The app doesn't work in the US because of some laws they didn't follow. They told me I should change my VPN for it to work.. Sketchy. Tried it and it still didn't work. The daily rewards from staking my supposed tokens don't actually line up on the amounts. Visa doesn't have any open known contract with them. Was told that the issues with the US would be handled before launch, and oh this is the second launch date BTW, so be warned they'll say it's the launch of just the app or something stupid, they won't be air dropping your tokens I'm sure of that. I was told the launch the first time would and that was a lie. It says there company is in Singapore, I hope that they get caught with the new laws and open caining punishments they have out there now. Nothing they have told me has come to ring true. Don't know how they still have good reviews when the app still doesn't even work. So dumb. Tried getting my tokens back. They said it's in their bylaws they can't. Even though it clearly states that it can be done on a case by their own discretion of they do choose to if their contract has been breached. Which of had. They have promised something aka the app to be working, but it doesn't and Cammy be reached in the USA. Probably nowhere and they tell everyone the same dumb story. Oh change your VPN to this country and it'll work.
So no app no launch, breach of contract to deliver, no refund, no correct staking of tokens, no fixing before the launch again. Just no no no no no no nothing. But you can if you want and be a part of this scam if you want that's the only yes they give.

There are a few points here that need clarification.
On the presale and launch timing:
The plan had always been to launch once all 1.75B presale-allocated tokens are sold out, which is clearly outlined in our terms. The different stages during the presale are often mistaken as separate caps, which isn’t the case. However, more recently, we updated this approach and announced that once $15M is reached, the official launch date will be announced. The presale will still remain open until shortly before launch for those who still wish to participate. To clarify, we have not announced any fixed token launch date so far.
On staking rewards:
Rewards are calculated and distributed every 24 hours. If something doesn’t line up on your end, that needs to be reviewed case-by-case. Please email [email protected] so the team can check your account directly.
On platform availability and access:
BlockchainFX is being developed as a fully decentralized trading platform, intended for global access once the final version is live. At this stage:
- The platform is still under development (V1.1)
- Not all features (such as full metrics or statistics) are implemented yet
- Access is not available in certain regions, including the US and UK, during this phase
The purpose of the current version is to demonstrate functionality and stability, not to represent the final product.
Note: The project has not officially launched yet, and it’s important to note that most projects in the industry do not have their full utility live during the presale phase.

In cases like this, the issue usually is wrong wallet connection. You need to check that you're connected to the same wallet used to purchase the BFX token.

Blockchain FX is a well thought out Exchange based on the white paper. My due diligence confirmed that the following items have been completed = KYC of the team, security of the Exchange and V1 of the app also live. The only downside for me is sale of the tokens - hard cap of 1.75B which is a lot.

Great experience so far. The team regularly updates the community, keeping them well-informed, and is quick to respond to questions, which helps to build trust with investors. The one thing I'd like to see improved, however, is the offering of Bonus Codes. There seems to be a fixed 30% bonus code available, which is regularly shared in the Telegram group. Sometimes, however, improved bonus codes are also shared. As these codes are often shared simultaneously, new investors on the Telegram channel may miss the better bonus code. It would be good to see the team adjust this so that only one active bonus code is shared at a time, not multiple codes offering different percentages. Apart from this small suggestion, the team is doing a great job!

It's looking more and more like this site is a scam. They said the tokens would be available at the launch of the app. App is "at supposedly launched but just not in the US if A... Pretty weird to leave it the biggest trading country in the world out of the app launch. Shine is been launched there has been no communication from support. If you post anything at all on there 24/7 messenger board that is a complete joke, they will block you from it. None of the 3rd party audits are competly done, most full of holes grin what I can tell. Just bogus all around. Disappointing

We're sorry to hear you feel this way about the project, but calling the project a scam isn’t appropriate. BlockchainFX is a real project with real utilities; version 1.0 of our trading platform is already live and working. But we understand that this is about the presale.
Let's start by clarifying that at no point did we inform the community that the BFX tokens would be launched on the same days as the app. In fact, we made it clear that the launch on January 31 was the launch of only the app, not the token. The plan is, and has always been, to launch after all 1.75B allocated BFX tokens for the presale are sold out; it's stated on our website, and that hasn't changed. Each stage has a specific number of tokens to be sold, and each one comes with a price increase (i.e, the target for the current stage is $14m). The launch depends on how quickly the allocated tokens sell out, and this has been made clear from the onset.
We aim to launch as soon as possible.
Regarding the app, it is currently unavailable in some countries, including the US and UK, and some EU countries, but it will be available in the future. We are working on the legal framework to make it operational in countries where it is currently not allowed. In the meantime, if you have a VPN, try accessing it from allowed countries like Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, or Turkey, for instance. We'll keep the community updated as it becomes available in more locations.

This is a very promising project. To be able to trade forex, precious's metals like gold and silver and such, but also stocks, forex and, of course, crypto, and probably everything else tradable on other exchanges and all on one platform, is a great concept, especially with this even more perks for early investors like Visa cards coresponding with ETF levels one holds.
