On the connection problem: write in with the details and we'll troubleshoot it with you. One thing worth checking first is whether a wallet address you don't recognize is showing when you connect. If so, that points to something on the wallet side rather than our website, and your wallet provider is the right first stop.
On the scam claim: there's no scam here, and tokens are safe. The BFX/USDC pair went live on August 31. We're currently running a liquidity-building process for BFX/ETH on Uniswap, a Continuous Clearing Auction. The point of it is to establish liquidity transparently and on-chain before the full circulating supply enters the market, which reduces the risk of extreme price movements and supports more stable price formation at launch. That step is required before the claim button can go live, and the Uniswap smart contract enforces it directly, so we can't speed it up or change it manually. Amateur token at least, typical presale exageration
Once the presale ended and website updated, combined with coinbase upgrading to Base, I can no longer connect or access my presale tokens or rewards. Base allows you to switch wallets, but when connecting to BFX website they do not offer options and the default Base wallet loads, not allowing the smart contract wallets to connect. I have contacted the support email address and been ignored multiple times. Telegram admin and mods essentially say it's all my problem and make no effort to help. They excuse the support team's failure to reply to emails as simply " it's your problem not our so the support team is not going to reply" Pretty shitty company at least. Perhaps down the road they will upgrade their website to connect like a dapp, but presently anyone who can no longer connect to their wallet is basically cut off and ignored by team.
You have a couple telegram cheerleaders like this xquisit guy, and anyone who asks legitimate questions has the thought police cut you off and block you.

It’s a huge scam! They have fake marketing left and right. This was not a successful launch. Bfx only hit 6$ because liquidity is so thin with a 20k supply. I hope karma catches up with those scammers!

A Promising Project That Deserves a Fair and Factual Review
I think some of the recent negative reviews about BlockchainFX are misleading and do not reflect the full picture.
For example, the fact that the ERC-20 token contract itself does not contain a “claim” function does not mean that tokens cannot be claimed. Claims can technically be handled through a separate contract or distribution mechanism.
There are also many fake support accounts and impersonation scams in crypto. If someone asks for a seed phrase, that is clearly a scam, but this should not automatically be attributed to the official BlockchainFX team without evidence.
So far, BlockchainFX has delivered a real token, active Uniswap auctions and a functioning trading platform, which are positive signs. The team also continues to communicate with the community and develop the project.
Of course, the upcoming claim, liquidity and further development will be important milestones, but based on what I have seen so far, I remain positive.
For me, BlockchainFX currently deserves a clear 5-star rating and recommendation. I would recommend the project to anyone who understands the risks of early-stage crypto investments and wants to follow a promising project with significant potential.

Scam with no liquidity. I said 2 days before launch watch them pull some funny stuff with the liquidity and looked what happened! They provided 0 liquidity. They raised 15 million and haven’t put a single cent into liquidity. Just running away with the money!!

Called it. It is a scam. this is why investors need to learn to audit the smart contract. There is no "Claim" function on the entire smart contract. It's a simple generic ERC-20 token. No one can claim it. To get your token if you are unfortunate enough to dump your money in this typical ICO scam, the BFX team will have to physically release those token to your wallet. It's simply next to impossible.
If they had the intention to raise fund legitimately, they would have used a defi-exchange to do so.

The plan has always been for holders to claim their purchased tokens on their presale dashboard on our website. Where tokens are claimed differs from project to project. Some projects host the claim on their own website, others use a third-party launchpad dashboard, and others distribute tokens directly through a smart contract or another platform. It's up to each project to decide, and it's a normal setup in the crypto space.

FORMAL LEGAL NOTICE — DEMAND FOR EXPLANATION, ACCOUNT RECONCILIATION AND RETURN/RESTORATION OF DIGITAL ASSETS
I am writing to formally place BFX Crypto and its management on notice regarding the disappearance/non-display of my cryptocurrency tokens from my account dashboard and the failure to provide a satisfactory explanation or resolution.
I hold documentary evidence, including emails and transaction records, establishing the number of tokens I purchased and/or received through the BFX platform. These records clearly demonstrate my transactions and the digital assets that I was entitled to see reflected within my account.
Despite this, my tokens are no longer appearing correctly on the dashboard. I have sought clarification and assistance regarding this matter, yet I have not received a satisfactory explanation as to where my assets are, why they are no longer visible, or what has occurred with my account.
Of particular concern is the information provided to me that I would need to deposit/top up my Trust Wallet in order to recover or restore my tokens.
I consider this requirement extremely concerning. I have already purchased and/or received the relevant tokens, and I do not accept that I should be required to send additional funds or cryptocurrency in order to obtain access to assets that I have already acquired.
I therefore formally request that BFX provide, in writing:
A complete reconciliation of my account and all tokens purchased, received, allocated or otherwise associated with my account.
The current blockchain address(es) and transaction hashes associated with my tokens and transactions, where applicable.
A full explanation as to why my tokens are no longer appearing on my dashboard.
An explanation of the legal, contractual and technical basis upon which I have allegedly been required to top up my Trust Wallet to recover my assets.
Confirmation that no additional payment, cryptocurrency deposit, “activation fee”, recovery fee or other financial contribution is required to access assets that I have already purchased or received.
Confirmation of where my digital assets are currently held and who has custody or control of them.
Immediate restoration of accurate account information and access to my assets, or a detailed explanation of why this cannot be done.
I also put BFX on notice that I am retaining all correspondence, emails, screenshots, transaction records, wallet information, account information and other evidence relating to this matter.
Given the seriousness of the circumstances, I am now considering notifying relevant cryptocurrency exchanges, digital-asset platforms, regulators, consumer protection authorities and other appropriate industry bodies regarding my experience, including major cryptocurrency platforms such as Coinbase and other leading exchanges, so that they can independently assess the circumstances and determine whether similar complaints or concerns have been raised.
I also reserve the right to communicate factual information regarding my experience to other investors and international users who may potentially be affected, subject to applicable laws and without making allegations that cannot be substantiated.
For the avoidance of doubt, I am requesting that BFX preserve all records relating to my account, transactions, wallet addresses, token allocations, internal communications, support communications, transaction histories and relevant technical logs. These records may be required as evidence in any future complaint, investigation, dispute or legal proceeding.
I require a substantive written response within 7 calendar days of receipt of this letter.
If BFX is unable or unwilling to provide a satisfactory explanation and documentary evidence establishing what has happened to my tokens, I will consider escalating the matter to the appropriate authorities and industry bodies and obtaining independent legal advice regarding available remedies.
Nothing in this letter constitutes a waiver of any of my rights or remedies, all of which are expressly reserved.
I expect this matter to be treated with the seriousness it warrants.
Basically this company appears to be a straight scam that gained a lot of attention from fake press releases and reviews and has so far suckered $15 million out of 27,000 investors. Today (8-31-2026) was the last straw for a lot of us as they basically said that they are going to put the coins live, but nobody can claim them. They are claiming it takes time to add liquidity, but really it doesn't (adding liquidity in cryptocurrency takes seconds to minutes) so basically instead of just adding the liquidity, they are stalling, appearing to me to be running some sort of elaborate rugpull. I'm happy I did not put very much money into it as I thought there was a high probability of this happening. I am guessing the positive Trustpilot reviews are fake/paid for like the X posts are.

Raised millions and millions of dollars and only have a license that is commonly used for scams and a web version platform that can be built in a day. Constant bans and mutes. This is 100% a scam. My prediction is launch is at .05 but very quickly goes below .001 within a hour. If you get the chance to sell definitely sell everything you can. In order to achieve full decentralization they to need fully withdraw them selfs from the project, buy yet so many pieces are missing that will never happen. This message is 2 days before launch. I hope these people get caught with what they are about to do.

SCAM project. I asked what countries can their webaite access. They cant even tell you directly. 15Million raised and they cant tell you that. Chances are high they're scammers. I wish I could post screenshots here. On their website it shows their license to operate internationally by the AOFA (Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority) which if you research is not legit and its a fake group making licenses to operate to fool people into thinking legit. The Anjouan Islands is also famous for most crypto scams. Google it. You will see this. These people are Muslim and also putting Fake good reviews here. And also the people of the Anjouan Islands are some the poorest people in the world. The AOFA is not real. Just looks real.
