Hi Susan, Thanks for sharing this with us, and we're so sorry to hear about your experience. We'd like to learn more about what happened and take a closer look. We'd also like to clarify that we do not automatically enroll customers in our autoship program. If there are recurring items in a customer's cart, we present a notice at checkout, and we also send an upcoming order notification 3 days before an autoship order is processed. Please reach out to our team directly at [email protected] with your order number and any additional details, and we'll be happy to investigate. Best, The Blueland Team

Hi David, Thanks for sharing. We're sorry to hear you had this experience! We appreciate your feedback on the product and wanted to share a few additional thoughts. The Glass + Mirror cleaner is streaking likely because it still needs to be diluted a bit further. It's a very concentrated formula so streakiness means it needs a bit more water (which we realize, probably sounds counter-intuitive!). As for the fogginess, it means the cleaner is still left on the surface and just needs to be wiped down a bit more. Those two things combined should give you the effects you're looking for. Best, The Blueland Team
