I love Bluetti but there custer service and support does need to improve they are slow to respond to queries.
Purchased the AC70P to compliment my caravans battery, to run a cpap machine and a front leader washing machine while off grid. I've used it a couple of times at home and so far I'm very impressed. It charged very quickly using a solar blanket, it appears to be exactly what we were looking for. I'll know better after our next holiday but I'm confident it'll be a great addition to our caravan.
We purchased the AC180 3 years ago and have been wrapped with its performance .... remote power invaluable with everything from building fences, camping, filming remotely etc. Purchased a AC200 for a little more backup at home after a few power outages and the investment has paid for itself with keeping the fridges going. Next is the AC2A for portability for work projects. Never been happier with these units.
After a few issues with being able to log into member services to complete purchase at member prices I was able to complete my purchase and have my Bluetti and solar panels arrive within a week of purchase. Just in time for a power outage that evening.
I am very happy with my Bluetti products. Bought an AC300 and 2 x B300 three years ago and an AC180 a little after that. During the past 12 months I added 2 B300K expansion batteries and thus far all going fine.

I have purchased an AC60P+B80P, Charger1, Charger2 and an AC180P and all have been faultless in the nearly 2 years i've owned them. Bluetti customer support and Facebook group have been fantastic in helping me decide which models would suit my needs best. I wanted something light weight and easily portable which was why i started with the AC60P+B80P as they're 2 units and only weigh around 9Kg each. When i need a little more grunt i take the AC180P instead and while it's a little bigger it's still only ~16Kg. The Charger1 was a game changer for me. I normally go camping and 4wd so the ability to charge the batteries to full in a under 2 hours while i'm enjoying some off roading anyway makes life a breeze. I also have an older 120W Bluetti solar blanket which will charge the AC60P fully if i'm in a sunny spot for a prolonged period of time. It really just gives me the flexibility to go wherever i want, knowing i've got enough power to keep the fridge running and the kettle boiling for my morning coffees - the rest doesn't matter!

The battery is solid, easy to set up. App controls are very good and also informative. Powers our fridge and phones fine. Only draw back we've seen is that the AC sometimes turns off even it should be still on. Not frequently, but still unexpected. Overall, though, a very fine addition for our Van for off grid and travelling power.
I own 3 Bluetti power stations, AC200MAX, AC200L and AC300 and a couple expansion batteries. I absolutely love them all. I have them all connected to household solar panels and it so cool harvesting power from the sun!
Bought the new C2 charger to update my C1, didn’t realise that Bluetti had an amazing upgrade deal, took advantage of the deal and Bluetti kindly cancelled my original order immediately with no problems thanks Bluetti

Just bought the AC180P. Charged to 100%, hooked up my bushman car fridge. Ran it for 30 hours and it still had 16% left. That will do me, I'm happy.
