Do not recommend - product never shipped

Once the order was placed I never heard from the vendor. I thought I might have mistyped my email address so I reached out and received no answer. Finally I had to put a dispute through PayPal. They responded but they told me they would not ship my product unless I retracted my dispute. With PayPal if you cancel your dispute you cannot re-open it so I agreed to retract my dispute when I received proof of shipping. It never came. Thankfully PayPal refunded my money but I was out 2 very carefully planned Christmas gifts.
