DO NOT ORDER FROM BOEN (BOENGEM.COM) - CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
Terrible experience - production did not match samples, what was delivered came later (double the time window) with 1/3 of pieces deviating from specification, with numerous quality control issues arising. Customer service / sales manager (Lily Chen) has been unresponsive for 14 days now - in spite of pledging a 24 hour response - and to make things right, almost 2 months later nothing is fixed. If you are looking for a cost effective and trust worthy manufacturer that can deliver it is not BOEN. Don't waste your money or time with them. Pricing may seem a little lower, but the cost of putting trust in them is exponentially higher - Do not make the mistake that we did.... delayed our launch (summer campaign) had to reshoot campaign and marketing materials at significant additional expense.
