Bolliger UK Traslochi

服务

The staff are always very helpful, in arranging the pickup, during the collection and available during the transportation. Would recommend Bollinger.

Fast, safe, and professional shipping by the Bollinger team

An outstanding service from start to finish. The Bollinger team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire process. My shipment was collected in Italy and safely delivered to the UK in just about two weeks. I recommend them completely and without reservation.

客服很好

Qualified staff

Qualified staff, courtesy, professionalism, and above all transparency are the only words I can describe this company. Will I use them again, yes, whenever I need them. Will I recommend them to friends and family, yes, whenever I have the opportunity.

A fabulous experience..

A fabulous experience... I didn't know this company; a dear friend introduced me. I must say that all the good things she told me were not only confirmed... but exceeded. It's a truly exceptional team: politeness, professionalism, and above all, punctuality. Two hours were spent solely working hard and advising on packing, adhering to the rules. Thank you to everyone and thank you to the organizer. You don't find many companies like this. I recommend Bollinger to anyone who needs a move.

每一步都有及时告知……

I was informed at every step of the shipment, from the start to the end... and finally, when they delivered the pallet to my house, the drivers helped to unbox it and bring everything inside my house. All the people involved in my case have always been very professional, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they were able to deliver my stuff from Italy to Scotland.

All the personnel at Bolliger were absolutely super and helpful

All the personnel at Bolliger were hugely efficient and delightful to deal with. The packing up was very competently done and the unpacking done with a great deal of good humour as furniture which was very heavy was placed in the correct position at the destination. Furniture was collected at 5 difference locations with no difficulty and delivered at the destination at the time promised. A possibly difficult experience was transformed into a pleasant experience.

Straightforward

Straightforward, professional and courteous. Consignment delivered as promised. Excellent service and thoroughly recommende.

I was very worried to ship from London…

I was very worried to ship from London to Roma. When moving from Italy to the UK with other provider, my experience was horrifying - parcels severely damaged, wet, broken. Reading the Bolliger's website, it almost sounded too good to be true. However - these guys provide what it says on the tin. Extremely well organised process, efficient phone handling, timely delivery. Must say 10/10 service indeed.

Great experience and communication!

临时抱佛脚也找到了解决方案！

They found me a packing company who spoke English at short notice to help them out as their own people were not available. Communication was pretty good throughout. I would have liked to know exactly what I needed to do in order for my belongings to be in the next delivery to the UK, but it didn't matter that it went the following week, so that was OK anyway! Used the company on my move to and from Italy so I would definitely recommend them!

选他们，你不会后悔的！

Start to to finish you’ll have a very expert, professional and kind ladies that answer to any questions. The only thing you have to do is decide about insurance and sign few time, everything else is done by them. The collection guys are simply the best: polite, fast and friendly. This was without a doubt the best moving experience I had in my life, and I moved between 2 continents and 5 countries in 8 years!! Thank you all!!

We cannot recommend Bolliger enough!

We cannot recommend Bolliger enough! From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth. From the first contact, and all the way through the entire process, we were looked after and taken care of by a team of courteous, efficient, and highly professional experts. All this at an incredibly reasonable price. If you are looking for a stress-free, affordable, and professional move, Bolliger is the best choice.

Excellent service, friendly and professional team!

Excellent service for my move from London to Italy. The team was precise, professional, friendly and always responsive. They helped me from the very beginning until the final delivery, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I used their unaccompanied baggage service (bagaglio non accompagnato) and was very satisfied with the experience. Highly recommended!

我和Bolliger的合作体验……太棒了

My experience with Bolliger was absolutely fantastic! I moved from London to Tuscany and they were very thorough during the process from start to finish. From the estimate cost of the moving , which I agreed with, ( I expected it to be more then the estimated price) to the custom paperwork and they constantly kept in touch with me to make sure I was happy with everything. The guys who collected my boxes were kind and efficient. I paid for 2 pellets but it turned out to be only one needed and they refunded me for the second one. They delivered everything in perfect conditions and just in time. Highly recommended! Well done guys Thank you!

Bolliger do it better !!

I recently used Bolliger for my international move from London to Puglia, Italy, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the very first phone call and email communications, the team was professional, responsive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Every question was answered promptly, and the coordination was seamless from start to finish. The pick-up team in London was punctual, polite, and extremely helpful, handling all of our belongings with great care and attention. The delivery team in Puglia was equally impressive—friendly, efficient, and professional, ensuring everything arrived safely and was placed exactly where we wanted it. Moving internationally can be stressful, but Bolliger and the whole team made the experience smooth and worry-free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company. Thank you to everyone involved for your excellent work!
