The product delivered to me was laughable and not in a good way. Absolute scam artists and a blatant mis-representation in the advertising of the product they knowingly send to customers. If I could give a minus rating I would!!
Not even Closeto What I ordered
Bought what I thought was a picture frame with a cartoon look of the picture I uploaded. This item is a piece of garbage and it took a very long time to arrive. It is coming from China using the track shipping site. Just a piece of wood, does not come close to what I thought I ordered. DO NOT order from this site. Beware!
Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage! My boyfriend is bald and they gave him hair and it looks like I've got no eyes, just the whites of the eye. Trying to return it and complain.

If I could give it a -10 I would! The cartoon is terrible!! Looks nothing like us! I am African American and it looks like they took two Caucasian models and gave them a tan tint… simply awful and VERY insulting!!

I have ordered a picture 3 different times. The first one was so bad that I threw it away, they gave me $5 refund. I ordered a different picture, this time it was very cute. I ordered a third picture and once again it is horrible, they gave my son a beard and my blonde granddaughter brown hair.

Stay well away from this rip off company!! Sent a picture finally got my order back, it was tiny cheap and nasty a crappy print on a piece of plywood. And there was no resemblance at all to the picture I sent , messaged the company to ask for a refund can only speak to what seems to be a bot offering 10% discount I’ve spent the last 5 days messaging them getting the same stupid bot reply’s back . Stay well away you will loose your money .

Stay away from this company. I sent them a picture of my boyfriend and I (he’s black and I’m brown) and the animated version we got from Bollise was of two white people who looked nothing like us. When I contacted them to fix the issue, they refused to do anything to fix it. The only way to contact them is through Facebook messenger and the person chatting with you can’t even formulate sentences properly.

If I could give them a 0 I would have. What I got is nothing like photo I sent. The picture I sent was of my two mixed race children the picture I got back was of two white children. They gave my son a shave and my daughter has had a hair cut stay well away.

DO NOT BE FOOLED!! They do send you something but it's nothing like the product that they advertise. Spent hours and hours trying to get a refund from some AI type of Customer Service dept. - almost laughable conversation!! - then they offered to reproduce the product and sent me something even worse!! BE WARNED!!

Not only did the picture not even remotely look like with my son but it look like a mugshot and not a smiling photo that I sent them I am really not satisfied and I couldn't get in touch with anyone through Messenger or otherwise I will never order from them again I'm still going to give this to my daughter-in-law as a Christmas gift and just explain this but I am really heartbroken over this because I waited so long 🥺🥺

The product is horrendous, the faces are disfigured. I have spent 3 days (and counting) going back and forth trying to get a refund. They have no way of contacting them except facebook messenger which is a big red flag. All they offer is a 10% refund or replacement which i do not trust them to deliver on. they'll do anything to keep your money, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very happy with picture.
I was dubious due to the poor reviews, but was pleasantly surprised! The cartoon version of us is excellent. We are recognisable but look like we’ve been turned into characters from Frozen. Lovely little Christmas present.
Horrible quality
Horrible quality. The photo I received back looks absolutely nothing like the photo I submitted. No likeness at all. Would not recommend.
