They are not real with you, if you buy something it takes a long time To deliver plus the quality is really low and in top of everything if you are not satisfied w the quality they will ask all kind of questions trying to waste your time hoping that you get tired of the case so you desist and they get to keep hormones
Horrible quality. Fit not as described. Would not accept return, even after pictures were sent of frayed hems, horrible stitching on front of dress.
I wanted to purchase a dress. Payed it with my creditcard and confirmed my payment with my bank. 3 days later i still had no order confirmation so i contacted cs. They told me they could not find my order so i send them my bank confirmation for the the payment on my card. I either wanted them to send me the dress or refund my money. All they wanted was a order number but i never recieved one. 3 weeks later i still have neither my money nor my dress. And they don't help me. I even ask for a call so we can try to figure this out in person but this whole thing was a big scam and theft
