AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the impressive variety of preloved books, noting that it is very easy to discover rare titles, older authors, and vintage classics at wonderful prices. Buyers are also extremely happy with the secure packaging and the fact that the actual book conditions perfectly match the detailed descriptions provided on the user-friendly website. Many people appreciate the prompt shipping service and state they look forward to making future purchases. Some reviewers were not happy with occasional delivery delays, longer turnaround times, or delivery couriers leaving parcels in common areas without proper direct notification.

I love that the books are always in pretty good condition, especially if you go for the “Very Good” or “Good” ones. I also love that the books are delivered securely ❤️

An excellent alternative service for book lovers.
Full of admiration for how they’ve developed this business. I order from them regularly and have always received excellent service.
Wow didn't expect to receive the book in less than 24 hours!
Wow didn't expect to receive the book I ordered in less than 24 hours during the busy weekend before the Chinese New Year! Excellent service and the pre-loved book was in great condition. Also, appreciate the free bookmark. Thanks! Will certainly buy more books from Books n Bobs.
Just a review
It was a straightforward process of ordering books from the website plus the delivery was quick from west malaysia to sarawak. BooksnBobs is a literal treasure trove where I can find older authors and series. Suggestion to add on light novels if there are any, seeing how light novels are gaining traction in younger readers who are also more than likely to read manga/ comics.

Giving books a second life
Bought few books so far. Readable and some are in bookstore condition. The focus is on the content instead of the condition of book. Books n Bobs team service is good. Very promptly reply and deliver the books. Keep going and giving the used books a second life that will benefit new readers.
It is a treasure trove for me to…
It is a treasure trove for me to explore and discover books I never knew at a discounted price. I just wish the wishlist function works, so I can keep a book for my future purchase and not have to remove them when check out and put them back into cart again for future consideration. Also I like that when going through the categories, I can browse the books in the order they were added, so I only have to look at the newest pages if I have browsed the back pages before. Just an idea, maybe can add a "random" button that pulls out several books of a particular chosen category just to 'spice' things up :-)
Very user friendly website
Very user friendly website, easy to browse , with full info for each book including conditions, affordable prices, availability of vintage classics, first editions at bargain prices. Also easy to check out, with good delivery services. And most important, very responsive customer service.

Need to improve in communication
Most of the time their service is good, but on certain occasions they advertise books that are not actually available for purchase, or the titles go missing from the list. When I inquired about it, I didn’t receive any reply.
Quick delivery
Quick delivery, books were as advertised.
