This company did not put my shipping address correctly on my package so it could not be delivered and was lost. None of this was my fault, but they refuse to refund my order. I am going to file a complaint with my credit card company. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. Beware.
Ordered my items in September, no contact from company. My PC is telling me it cannot deliver to their email address . So they may Scammers. Have not received my order or any contact with them since mid September.

The only. Problem/issue we have is that it won't fit/attach to any one of our 3 diff hose nozzles. Makes me think we aren't doing something correctly. Can you send some instructions that are specific to help get the the hose attachment to the yard hose and what we do about different sizes of hoses. .connections hoses etc. we would like to understand that the nozzle attachment would fit to any size hozes. If we were wrong on that I will need to know how I make a return for a refund. Thank you so much.. Katie Baldwin

Emails were constantly sent to update me. Item arrived in good shape. Doesn't seem to work but that's not the fault of this company. They are obviously located overseas so it took a while to get to the USA, but this was expected..
Suddenly, one day, I receive a package containing green pellets—with absolutely no details or documentation—and I’m expected to remember who I bought them from and what to do with them. I managed to figure out online that the pellets need to be thrown into the sewer; that is not how you provide after-sales support.
Bad solution
When I unpacked the parcel, the hats were quite crumpled and the visors folded in half. I have tried ironing them but cannot iron the crease out of the visor, which is disappointing.
As a user of the disposal unit, the drain had taken on a rather nasty smell and disgusting appearance. In the allotted time, the drain was clean and no oder! This is the 1st time using a drain cleaner!
Product did not perform as advertised. Your response to my complaint was quick but disappointing. A final compensation offer of $5.00 does not seem appropriate when my expenses were $31.90 US; about $40.00 CDN.
A little on the small side but my daughter will still love them .
