We're sorry to hear about that. Our customer service rep told you how long we've been in business for because we have never had any reported cases of someone getting sick from using our product. She was also not rude to you and was simply explaining that this isn't something that happens to customers who use our products. The production process was also explained to you to show the steps we take to insure no outside contaminants make their way into our canisters. Quality control is something that we take very seriously. Oxygen does not cause upper respiratory infections. Oxygen is actually as a treatment for upper respiratory infections in some instances. We're sorry that you were sick but it's hard to believe that our product would be the cause of that. You can read through our other reviews and see for yourself how Boost has helped people with different needs and in different situations.
