Bought the large can through online store d/Smith product was great for 1 day only used at most 12 inhalations then next morning on my 6k walk it was empty had a leak held underwater to double check nothing not happy at the price be careful people you may be sent faulty cans I tried another brand and had no issues at all in fact I got more breaths than can claims
I thought it was a joke until I tried! Life changer for me, very nice to have on hand.
Works great! Having trouble breathing, even on low altitude it gives me the support I need. Also bought it for my parents who both suffer from heart diseases. Doctors recommended having a can just in case, better save than sorry! Had an issue with second shipment but got helped very well by their friendly customer service
Add me to the laundry list of UNHAPPY people who ATTEMPTED to make an order. Should have read reviews....BEFORE I ordered. So I can only review the incompetent customer service because they never shipped my order. After over a week of not shipping, no email response, I finally called. Only to be hung up on TWICE. The first hung up before I was able to tell her to cancel. I called back and was finally able to tell the second one I wanted it canceled. I freely admit, by this time I was yelling, I was so frustrated. They kept just talking over me then hung up. Haven't received a confirmation email regarding a refund, but I'll take it up with my credit card co. They will make it right. My bottom line experience with this company has been a con, scam, and ripoff! After reading reviews, doesn't look like I missed out on much. The reviews of the product itself read about as bad as the customer service reviews. Their excuse was that my order was labeled a fraud because I was shipping it to another place. Yes, to a 91 year old lady who NEEDED it and unable to order for herself. Customer service lied about emailing me at the time. They NEVER did. Haven't received an email cancelation confirmation today either. We'll see if I get a refund...... Kevin O'Leary made a really bad pick supporting and advertising for this one. I am a senior and do not social media at all. But my grandkids do and will be happy to share around how poorly their Grammy was treated here. I can't find a direct email address for him or I would let him know myself. I don't review very often but when something like this happens, I'm very glad to have Trustpilot to post a review on. Well, at least the mechanics of the can work, that is putting the mouthpiece under the nose and over the mouth, and pulling the trigger. Grasps of air are released in to the mouth. I felt no difference after using it again and again. Boost Oxygen it TRASH!!! Buyers be aware

Don't get it. Doesn't seem to do a thing. Get better results from walking outside and taking a deep breath. Reminds me of the canned air you use to clean your computer. Big waste
Total rip off, this does absolutely nothing. Kept trying it and very little in the bottle, runs out really quick. I purchased a 4 pak and feel bad that I was so dumb to purchase this product, what a waste!

I'm buggered if I know what I'm doing incorrectly, I'm in my 70s, have had asthma since I was 7 years old and struggle to breathe when the humidity goes over 60%, so chronically asthmatic and was diagnosed 10 years ago with COPD, I honestly assumed I would get some relief from this product. Not a bloody thing. I have regularly monitored my oxygen levels 4 times a day for the last three years. Since taking BOOST my levels went down after every mouthful. I cannot, in all honesty, recommend this product, you may as well take just a bigger gulp of air. For me, it was a total waste of money.
I tried to contact Boost through their web site and at the bottom of the page it asks me a math question I have to answer to prove I am real. Every time I answer it a new math problem pops up. It will not let me send it. If I cant even send a question then I can only imagine how bad the customer support is. I will not be buying from this company and I suggest others dont as well unless you are OK with getting scammed and ignored. The only reason I am worried about being scammed is I found a lot of reviews on Amazon about the cans being empty or only containing a fraction of what they claim to be in the can
Absolute garbage avoid! Order took ages to arrive. Had to contact them to chase for tracking details. In fairness the MD threw a freebie in to apologise but when they arrived broke foil and one of the large cylinders empty! The ones that actually have O2 in are ok at best. Not wortht hassle. I won't buy again.
I have sent numerous emails cause i didn't get my order and they have not answer my emails. Im from finland so maybe they can't deliver it but i want my money back...not so good customer service in my opinion..i hope they answer its been like a month now...
I did call the company and spoke with a company rep. She was very polite and informed me that I could find the no flying law on their website, which I did. However, as a former senior advertising/marketing executive, I found the verbiage on the Amazon site to be flowery and not very informative. And again, no mention that this product is banned on all airlines. Guess I’ll have to walk or drive from Connecticut to the high Rockies. Case closed.
We are fairly limited with the amount of information we can include on our Amazon listings. There is a questions section on every Amazon listing right above where the customer reviews are. There are multiple answers to questions regarding whether or not Boost Oxygen is allowed on airplanes on those Amazon listings. And like you also mentioned, we have it on our FAQ page on our website. You could have also either given us a call, sent us an email or even sent a message to any of the 3rd party sellers on Amazon and they would have provided you with the information you were looking for. Again, we are very limited to the amount of information we can include on our Amazon listings. That's why most of it is highlighting product benefits, how to use the product, the size of the cans, etc. When customers usually inquire about this - we advise them that it's not allowed on airplanes. Many of those customers will usually elect to either place an order and ship it to where they plan on staying (we can only ship ground) or they use the store locator on our site to find retailers in that area that carry Boost. Again, we are very limited with the amount of information we can have on our Amazon listings. Our website is the best place to find more specific information about any sort of restrictions on the product itself. There's no need to mock the information we have on our Amazon listings. To be completely honest, I was skeptical at first. Hiking at higher altitudes often leaves me short of breath. However, after using 2-3 pumps of this oxygen product, I felt an immediate difference. I was energized and ready to continue. I highly recommend this product!

Bought few cans on April 3rd, didn't receive anything and couldn't reach them after multiple attempts. Left a review here so they contacted me telling me their "shipping partner" had "lost" the package so they're sending a new one. This was also a month ago and I still haven't received anything and can't get in touch with them. This is an unreliable and mismanaged company. Feels like an exit scam. PS. They replied to my original review saying that it's not their fault because I ordered from "shop.boostoxygen.com" and it's a different site, even though it literally is the same domain so even though the company responding to these reviews is technically a different company than the distributor for "shop.boostoxygen.com" this review is right at home here since I did order from boostoxygen.com subdomain.

Yes they use our domain because they are one of our partners but again, we do not fulfill or ship those orders. Boostoxygen.com handles US orders only.
