Hi Nicole, Thank you for your honest feedback and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating the fiscal representation cancellation process and recent charge have been. Fiscal representation remains active until it is formally removed through the Portal das Finanças. This step must be initiated by the NIF holder, and until it is completed, our lawyers remain listed as the fiscal representative. The charge occurred because the fiscal representation was still active in the official records, and we had not yet received confirmation of its removal (such as an updated NIF or Certidão) before the renewal date. We aim to support customers through this process with clear guidance and email reminders. Our team is always available via email to help. That said, we replied to your message directly and we’re committed to resolving this as quickly as possible. We recognize this process can feel unclear or cumbersome, and we’re taking your feedback seriously as we continue improving how we communicate and support our customers through it.
