Brainscape - Smarter Flashcards

Hey Theodor, thanks so much for the feedback — we’re really glad you’re enjoying Brainscape! If you’re already on the latest app version and still noticing performance issues, could you email us at [email protected] with your app version, phone model, OS version, and a few details about when the slowness happens? That would help us investigate further. Thanks again! Chuckee@Brainscape

Hi Izabella, Sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing slow performance—that’s definitely not the experience we want for you. There isn’t a strict limit on the number of cards you can load, and large classes shouldn’t normally cause significant slowdowns. That said, performance can sometimes vary depending on device or app version. Could you please make sure you’re using the latest version of the app? If the issue continues, feel free to email us at [email protected] with your app version, device details, the class you're trying to access, and the error logs you mentioned—we’ll be happy to look into this for you. Thanks for flagging this, and we’ll keep an eye out for your message! Chuckee@Brainscape

Thanks for studying with us! If you have any suggestions on how we can make your experience even better, we’d love to hear from you at [email protected] . Good luck with your studies—you’ve got this! Chuckee@Brainscape

Hi there! Thanks for your feedback—we’re glad Drill mode has been a helpful addition to your studies. For outdated flashcards, our Brainscape Certified classes are regularly reviewed and kept up to date. If you spot anything we may have missed, please use the “Suggest an Edit” feature so our team can take a look. For user-generated classes, we don’t verify or control the content, but you can still submit suggestions through the same feature. We’re also working on improving how we label content (Brainscape Certified vs. user-generated). If you have ideas on how we can make this clearer, please email us at [email protected] —we’d love to hear your thoughts. Chuckee@Brainscape
