We bought enigmic.com through BrandBucket and the process was straightforward from start to finish. Roxana, our transfer agent, was consistently responsive and clear about each step — including when the delay was on our side rather than theirs. We chose to receive the domain at Cloudflare, which is less common than a standard registrar-to-registrar push and needs an extra step or two. BrandBucket coordinated the whole chain with the seller and kept us informed throughout, and the domain landed in our account exactly as expected. Would use them again.
