Been using them for a few months now. Good service, decent designs. They can implement very well based on references and requests. But they will NOT be a creative partner. You cannot brainstorm for inspiration or ideas with them, you have to do that yourself.
Sometimes they surprise you with great work from the first try and other times you get real generic designs and it needs more than a couple of tried to reach the desired outcome.
Communicating with one account manager is a good thing, you get to understand eachother more down the line and things become easier and flow better.
Things will drag though.

You’re right that our team works best when there’s a clear brief or reference to work from. Our model is built around executing design requests quickly and efficiently rather than replacing a full creative strategy or brainstorming partner. That said, we’re always working on improving how we guide clients who want more direction or inspiration.
Design can also be subjective, so sometimes it takes a couple of iterations to land exactly where you want it. The good news is that once the team and the brand get more familiar with each other, things usually move faster and the results become more consistent, as you’ve already noticed with the account manager relationship.

- Corrupt business practice. Tested them out for a trial period of 6 days. Feedbacked that I was canceling before 1st project concluded. I was then requested by the project manager to give them another chance on a 2nd project. Before 2nd project concluded, was informed that I was billed for the month. Be warned of this loophole
- Delivered on simple designs with specific instructions
- Lack of conceptual capabilities
- Good for small businesses who do not want the trouble of always briefing different freelancers.
- Misleading that they have the speed to cater as a replacement for agencies

Our trial is for 7 days, not 6, and you were billed after 7 days.
Jul 28, 2024, 9:47am sign up time
Aug 4, 2024, 10:50 am billed time. 7 Days later.
You said that you were billed before the 2nd project was completed: The second project was completed and delivered on Aug 2, 2024 6:13 pm. That is 2 days before your billing date, Aug 4th.
At any point during your trial, you can cancel your subscription directly from your account. I am not sure why you decided not to cancel on Friday after receiving your 2nd project.
On Aug 5, the 8th day, you reached out to your account manager asking for a refund. When we asked you, “why didn’t you cancel during your trial” your reply was that you’ve already reached out to your bank and told them that this charge is fraudulent, and you’ll let the bank deal with it. We would have been happy to refund you by the way, had you given us the chance.
I really hope no one tries to inflict this type of harm on your business. There are always two sides to a story, and we wish you nothing but the best.
Great user experience, hassle free creative execution
I have been working with Brandripe for the past 3 months our team found the service of briefing and receiving the designs seamless, and fast. We needed to launch a new brand, wereceived the assets in a timely manner and what was great about the experience is that we not only had the chance to communicate with our project manager but also the designers all in one view. Making it easy to collaborate, give feedback for revisions and receive great results. The quality of the designs are top notch and it was very easy when we gave the designer creative flexibility. I recently had to let go of my designer because we had to downsize due to Covid-19 pandemic which has affected my family's business. I saw their ad. Clicked on it and gave them a try. Seriously, I thought the turn around time was nonsense, or shall I say fake. Ok, I was proven wrong. Now on my 3rd month with them. So good job Brandripe. I would have been struggling with designs if I have not stumbled upon you guys. Haha!

Awesome delivery but a bit lacking in creativity maturity
In terms of timeline and delivery is quite on point however the creativity-wise still lack some maturity in it but not a big issue as comments and amendments made up for it. Looking forward to more projects with Brandripe.
