Joyce has been a huge win for our small team
We hired through Bruntwork to get support coverage for our app, and Joyce has been outstanding. She runs our entire customer support inbox on her own and handles our social posting on top of it. She is quick, she writes well, and she genuinely cares about our customers getting a good answer instead of just closing a ticket.
What stands out most is that she takes ownership. She flags problems before we notice them, keeps things organized, and adjusts her schedule to fit our needs without being asked twice. For a small team like ours, having someone that reliable makes a real difference.
The process on Bruntwork's side was straightforward and we were up and running fast. If you are on the fence, hire Joyce. Highly recommended.
