I wanted to put something in writing about Andri Olivier, our CSM.
Our experience dealing with Andri has been excellent from start to finish. She was responsive, clear and proactive, she handled onboarding, scheduling and billing questions without us ever having to follow up, and she explained things properly the first time. She made the whole process straightforward, which is not something I say often about an outsourced arrangement.
Separately, we are pausing on our side for the time being for reasons that have nothing to do with Andri or her service. I did not want that to sit alongside this note without saying clearly that she was the strongest part of the experience, and I would happily work with her again.
She deserves recognition internally for how she handles her accounts.
