BruntWork has been great in my experience. Through BruntWork, we worked with Ruby Rose, who helped with back-office support that helped us accelerate our response times to our customers. She is genuinely responsive, to customers and to the team, and reliable in a way you stop having to think about. Her detail orientation is what made that possible: she was precise about what she knew, what she didn't, and what came next. Persistence is another trait I would point to. She remembers to follow up time and time again.
