awesome interaction - Bseed really cares about their customers

The customer service interaction is simply awesome. I had a lot of questions, they took the time to answer each and every one of them completely, send me links and documents. The products are as described and look better in reality than in the photos on the site. Although until now I did not try the smart switches through the app (I want to do all of them via a dedicated server when they are installed), connected directly they work (by touch action). The shipping time is also great and the products are packed perfectly. They simply care about their customers, I wish more companies had their policy and openness.

Keep up the excellent work

I've placed several orders and the products have consistently been good quality. On a couple of occasions I received orders with mixed-up or defective items, but these were promptly resolved by customer support. Their team has always been quick to respond and consistently offered practical solutions. In my view, a good company is measured by how it handles the problems that inevitably come up — not by whether problems occur at all. Congratulations, BSEED, and keep up the excellent work!

Looks good quality but breaks down couple of months later

I bought from bseed for my whole house, 9 months later I already have 2 broken switch and 1 socket. I contacted Bseed customer service and they said it's out of warranty. Will first its not, second if they only last for such short time why sell them in the first place?! Bought via Aliexpress shipped to NL.

Perfect and fast service

Perfect and fast service We had a huge order and the Service was extraordinary good. Before ordering our questions were answered immidiately. During ordering process we got hints of not fitting items and helpdesk which one we can order instead. Everything umbelievable fast in answering. And delivery was also perfect and everything included. I really positive experience of customer Service. Thnx a lot.
