We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience. We understand how disappointing it is when a shipment doesn’t arrive as expected—especially for an important occasion. In this case, the order was packed according to our standard process, including proper insulation and dry ice. When there are issues in transit, we work with the carrier to investigate and resolve them. That process does require specific documentation (such as photos of the packaging and contents) so a claim can be filed. We did our best to walk through those steps and find a path to resolution. We’re always willing to help when we’re able to complete that process.

Thank you so much for the incredible feedback—we truly appreciate it! We’re glad to hear how much you and your dog are enjoying the products, and it means a lot to us that you’ve put that level of trust in Buck Wild Bison. We put a lot of care into what we do, and hearing this kind of response makes it all worth it. Thanks again for your support—we’re grateful to have you as part of the Buck Wild Bison family!

Thank you for the candid feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Our Bison Cheddar hot dogs are made with bison and trace amounts of beef per USDA requirements, which is noted in the product details, but we understand your concern and will review how clearly that information is presented to customers. We’re also sorry to hear the cheese level didn’t meet your expectations. Product consistency and customer satisfaction are extremely important to us. While many customers love these hot dogs, we recognize they didn’t hit the mark for you, and that matters. We appreciate you giving Buck Wild Bison a try and hope to earn your confidence again in the future.

We’re especially glad to hear everything’s arriving frozen solid all the way to Alabama—that’s exactly how it should be. Really appreciate you coming back for a second order, and we’ll keep working to earn that third, fourth, and many more. 🦬🔥
