We aim to be competitive on every quote, and when there's a price we can't match, we believe in saying so honestly, out of respect for your time. We also look out for the details a lower total can hide, like missing sales tax, which can quietly become a liability for your company down the road. Most of all, we care about taking good care of a project: a dedicated account manager, project discounts with freight covered, and spec and USPS-compliance checks before anything ships, because on a multi-unit property a wrong order hurts far more than a price difference. The refund on this order was completed in full, and the process behind it has since been replaced by our No-Hassle Return Policy: eligible residential returns come with a prepaid return label, and refunds are issued as soon as tracking shows the return is on its way.
